At NVP Jewellery, we create timeless pieces that carry stories of heritage, elegance, and craftsmanship. We stand by the quality of our jewellery and offer you the flexibility to upgrade or return your precious pieces at any time with our Lifetime Exchange & Buyback Policy.
1. Lifetime Exchange Policy
Exchange your NVP Jewellery anytime after purchase and receive a value based on current market rates, subject to evaluation.
Gold Jewellery
- Exchange Value: 100% of the prevailing gold rate* of the net gold weight.
- Deductions: Making charges, wastage, and taxes are non-refundable.
Diamond / Gemstone Jewellery
- Exchange Value: Up to 75% of the current market value of diamonds/gemstones (after quality check).
- Deductions: Making charges, taxes, and stone-setting charges are excluded.
Gold rate will be as per the NVP Jewellery published rate on the date of exchange.
2. Lifetime Buyback Policy
If you choose to return your jewellery, we offer a buyback option for eligible items purchased from NVP Jewellery.
Gold Jewellery
- Buyback Value: 100% of the prevailing gold rate* on net gold weight.
- Deductions: Making charges, wastage, and taxes will be deducted.
Diamond / Gemstone Jewellery
- Buyback Value: Up to 80% of the prevailing market value of diamonds/gemstones (post-evaluation).
- Deductions: All applicable deductions will be informed after a complete assessment.
3. Conditions Applicable
To be eligible for exchange or buyback, the original invoice and NVP Jewellery Certificate of Authenticity (if provided) must be presented. The jewellery will be subject to NVP’s quality verification process. Heavily damaged, altered, or customized pieces may incur additional deductions or may not qualify for exchange or buyback.
This policy applies only to jewellery purchased directly from NVP Jewellery through our official website or physical store. Pickup and shipping for product evaluation can be arranged by NVP Jewellery; however, the applicable courier charges will be borne by the customer.
4. What’s Not Covered
- Gifts, giveaways, or purchases without valid invoice.
- Jewellery with lost/missing stones or heavy wear and tear beyond restoration.
