NVP Jewellery – 7-Day Return Policy

At NVP Jewellery, we want you to feel completely confident about your purchase. Our 7 Day Return Policy allows you sufficient time to ensure that your jewellery is just right for you.

If you wish to return a product for any reason, you may request a return within 7 days from the date of delivery. Upon successful quality verification, a full refund will be issued after deducting ₹1,000 per product towards delivery and processing charges.

Instances Where the 7 Day Return Policy Is Not Applicable

The 7 Day Return Policy will not apply in the following cases:

  1. Previously Exchanged Orders
    Products that have already been exchanged once under the 7 Day Return Policy are not eligible again. 
    • One exchange is allowed within 7 days for full value.
    • Any subsequent exchange will be considered under the Lifetime Exchange Policy
  2. Customized / Personalized Jewellery
    Jewellery that has been engraved and personalised is not eligible for return.

To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product must be returned in original packaging.
  • Jewellery should be in unused, unworn, and saleable condition.
  • No scratches, dents, damage, resizing, or alterations should be present.
  • All tags, labels, and stickers must be intact.
  • If tags or packaging are damaged or tampered with, the return will be processed under the Buyback Policy instead.

Refund Process Under 7 Day Return Policy

Once the returned product is received, NVP Jewellery conducts a quality inspection.

After a successful quality check, the refund will be processed within 10 business days.

Refund Modes:

Refund will be credited back to the original payment method

(Credit Card / Debit Card / Net Banking / UPI).

How to Return Your Jewellery Within 7 Days

  1. Submit a return request through your NVP Jewellery account or email us at:
    contact@nvpjewellery.com (replace with your official email) within 7 days of delivery.
  2. Our team will arrange a reverse pickup and share instructions.
  3. Carefully pack the jewellery in the original packaging, including the certificate.
  4. Ensure the product is sent with:
    • Original product certificate
    • Original invoice
      Loss of the certificate will attract additional charges of ₹2,000 or ₹800 per carat (whichever is higher).
  5. Collect and retain pickup acknowledgement (receipt / SMS / tracking number).
  6. After receiving the product, NVP Jewellery will perform a quality check.
    • Items showing wear, damage, resizing by an external jeweller, or alteration will not be accepted under this policy.

NVP Jewellery reserves the right to modify or update this policy at any time without prior notice.

Any changes will be effective immediately upon being published on the official website.

We recommend that customers review the policy periodically to stay informed.
