At Nandini Vintage Pride (NVP), we take great care in delivering your jewellery with love, precision, and reliability. Each piece is safely packaged and shipped to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship across India and to select international destinations. For international orders, please contact us via WhatsApp or email (nvpjewellery@gmail.com) for availability, charges, and delivery timelines.

Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 5 to 9 business days. For handcrafted or made-to-order pieces, processing may take up to 10 to 15 business days, depending on the intricacy of the design.

Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared with you via WhatsApp or email at nvpjewellery@gmail.com.

Delivery Time (Post Dispatch)

Delivery timelines vary based on the destination. For metro cities in India, orders are typically delivered within 2 to 5 business days. For other locations across India, delivery may take 4 to 8 business days. International orders generally take 10 to 15 business days, depending on customs clearance and local logistics in the destination country.

Shipping Charges

We offer free shipping on all prepaid orders within India. For international orders, shipping charges are calculated based on the destination and order weight, and these charges will be communicated to you prior to order confirmation.

Transit Insurance

All goods will be fully insured by NVP Jewellery until they reach you, so your purchase is 100% safe.

Payment Method

We do not accept Cash on Delivery (COD).
All orders must be prepaid through secure online payment options available on our website.

Tracking Your Order

You’ll receive a tracking ID via email(nvpjewellery@gmail.com) or WhatsApp once your order is dispatched, allowing you to track the shipment in real-time.

Packaging and Security

All jewellery is shipped in tamper-proof, protective packaging to ensure it reaches you safely. Certificates of Authenticity and invoices are included in every package, where applicable. Additionally, every shipment is fully insured until it is delivered to you.

Customs & Duties (International Orders)

All international shipments are dispatched on a Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis. This means that any customs duties, taxes, or import fees applicable in your country will be the responsibility of the customer, in accordance with local regulations. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and must be paid by the recipient upon delivery.

International Shipping – Duties & Regulations

All international orders are shipped on a Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis. This means that any duties, taxes, or import charges applicable in your country are the customer’s responsibility and must be paid upon the shipment’s arrival, in accordance with local laws.

If a customer refuses to pay the required import duties or declines delivery, the product may be returned to us, and any associated return or handling charges will be deducted from the refund, if applicable.
