We strive to provide accurate product information, descriptions, and images for every item on our website. However, as all our jewellery is handcrafted, slight variations in size, colour, polish, and texture may naturally occur. These subtle differences and vintage characteristics are inherent to handmade craftsmanship and do not qualify as defects; therefore, they are not eligible for return.

By using our website or placing an order, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms, along with our Privacy Policy, Returns & Refunds Policy, Shipping Policy, and Cancellation Policy.

Orders are confirmed only after full online payment is successfully received through our secure payment gateways. We do not accept Cash on Delivery (COD). Once your order is placed, a confirmation will be sent to you via email at nvpjewellery@gmail.com or through WhatsApp. Orders without successful payment may be cancelled automatically. Additionally, for orders with a value exceeding ₹2,00,000, submission of valid PAN card details is mandatory, in compliance with government regulations.

NVP Jewellery is not liable for delays arising from third-party logistics providers, customs clearance processes, or unforeseen force majeure events. All products are carefully packed and shipped with insurance coverage to ensure safe delivery. Please note that the risk and responsibility for the product transfer to the customer upon delivery confirmation.

Our Returns & Refunds and Cancellation Policies apply to all orders placed on our website. Returns are accepted only in cases where the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect, and are subject to the conditions outlined in our Return & Refund Policy.

For domestic orders, return requests must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery, and within 2 days for international orders. Once a return is approved, the refund will be processed within 7 business days to the original mode of payment.

Cancellations are allowed only within 24 hours of placing an order and are not applicable for made-to-order or customized products.

We currently offer international shipping to selected countries. All international orders are shipped on a Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis, meaning import duties, taxes, and any applicable customs charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. In the event that the customer refuses to pay these charges, any return shipping costs and associated penalties will also be borne by the customer.

Certain products may come with a limited warranty, as specified on the respective product page.

Please note that this warranty does not cover damage resulting from mishandling, exposure to chemicals, or improper storage. However, repair services are available upon request. Once the item is assessed, we will inform you of the applicable charges and estimated repair timeline.

Offers are valid only during specified timeframes and may not be combined unless stated. NVP Jewellery reserves the right to cancel promotions or refuse coupon applications at its sole discretion.

We offer a Lifetime Exchange & Buyback Policy for our jewellery. Products can be exchanged or returned based on current valuation, subject to terms and conditions.
